Defined by its surrounding landmarks of Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Green Park and Buckingham Palace, St James’s is at the heart of London. A short film here captures the essence of Jermyn Street and its neighbouring community in St James’s, from our genteel street dedicated to British shirting and polished boots to original masterpieces and modern art in Europe’s leading galleries. Today, our local area is characterised by the beautiful shop fronts on Jermyn Street and Sir Christopher Wren’s church on Piccadilly; the square, the gentlemen’s clubs, the galleries; the Duke of York column and steps leading down to the ICA and St James’s Park which are all captured beautifully in this short feature film.
