This March, Wiltons hosts an exceptional wine dinner in partnership with the renowned Domaine des Lambrays, one of Burgundy’s most respected estates.
Located in the village of Morey-Saint-Denis between Gevrey-Chambertin and Chambolle-Musigny, the historic domaine is celebrated for producing some of the region’s most elegant Pinot Noir wines. Guests will be welcomed with canapés and a glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs before enjoying a specially created five-course tasting menu by Chef Daniel Kent, each course paired with wines from the estate — including the celebrated Clos des Lambrays Grand Cru.
Winemaker Jacques Devauges will also be present to guide guests through the wines and share insights into the history and philosophy of the domaine.
