Franco’s invites guests to discover the remarkable wines of Sicily with a special dinner celebrating I Custodi delle Vigne dell’Etna, one of the most respected producers working on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. Head Chef Stefano Turconi has created a bespoke four-course menu, with each dish paired to showcase the distinctive character of the estate’s wines, including Etna Bianco Superiore, Etna Rosso and the highly sought-after Etna Rosso Riserva “Saeculare”.

Adding to the occasion, a limited selection of rare older vintages will be served in magnum format, while a representative from the winery will guide guests through the history, terroir and traditions behind these exceptional wines. A memorable evening for lovers of Italian food and wine.
