Tuesday 24 March – 7pm

This March, Franco’s hosts a special wine dinner celebrating the rich culinary traditions of Italy’s Piedmont region.

Head Sommelier Paolo Pellegrino has curated a selection of wines from the historic Pio Cesare winery, founded in 1881 in the town of Alba and still family-run today. The evening will be accompanied by a bespoke five-course tasting menu created by Head Chef Stefano Turconi, showcasing the flavours and seasonal ingredients of northern Italian cuisine.

From delicate veal carpaccio and truffle risotto to venison paired with Barolo, the dinner promises an elegant exploration of one of Italy’s most celebrated wine regions — all within the warm and convivial surroundings of Franco’s.
