Now in its 21st year, the evening offers guests the opportunity to sample over 50 rosé wines from around the world, thoughtfully curated by Head Sommelier Paolo Pellegrino in collaboration with trusted suppliers.

Served alongside a selection of carefully prepared canapés, the tasting unfolds in true Franco’s style—convivial, polished, and effortlessly enjoyable. With limited availability, this is a popular date in the diary and early booking is recommended.
